Problem:
Your software was working fine and then one day it showed a Security Error, “Waiting until Sentinel LDK run-time Environment is available”, when you start up the software. This is most likely caused by poor contact with the Dongle in the USB port.
Solution:
The following procedure should solve the problem.
1) Download and install new HASP driver from our Download Center
2) Pull out the Dongle and plug it into another USB port
Note: when you do this, the system will take some time installing the new USB devices. Please wait until all of the new USB devices are installed and the Dongle is lit up.
3) Start-up ES or DS e3 software
At this point, your problem should have been resolved.
