Error 13 when accessing a Tajima Embroidery Disk

Symptom:

"Error 13" when accessing a Tajima Embroidery Disk with a floppy disk.

Solution:

Please follow the procedure below to fix this problem:

1)   Insert a Tajima Embroidery Disk into the floppy disk drive

2)   Open Windows Explorer

3)   In Windows Explorer, browse floppy disk in drive A

Note: If Windows cannot access the floppy disk, please format it in Windows Explorer. If it cannot be formatted, then it might be a faulty floppy disk. If it cannot perform a format for any floppy disk, then it might be a faulty floppy disk drive. 

4)   Leave Windows Explorer open, you may hide the Window, but Do Not Close the window

5)   Now, in either EmbroideryStudio or DecoStudio, try to access the Tajima Embroidery Disk again (Do Not Choose "Auto Detect"). 

Note: It should be normal now if the floppy disk is formatted in Windows Explorer (in step 3).  You will need to format it as a Tajima Embroidery Disk at this point.
