ES e4 Ordering - Could not generate the license because: The host machine fingerprint is invalid

Symptom:  ES e4 Ordering issue - Could not generate the license because: The host machine fingerprint is invalid

Solution: Update the HASP Driver 

1. Open Download Centre Website Link:

https://www.wilcom.com/en-us/gethelp/support/downloadcenter.aspx

2. Locate link to either HASP driver V7.63, GUI or HASP driver V7.63, Command Line 

3. Click "Download" 

For GUI Installation:

HASP zip file will be located in your Downloads Folder 

4. Double Click Hasp_Setup_V7.63 then Click "Extract all"

5. Click Extract All button 

6.  Right Click HASPUserSetup > Run As Administrator > <Follow the instructions through>

Note: After HASP driver has been installed, restart PC and ES e4 Ordering should launch eliminating the error message.
