How to select a Motif for single Motif with Use Motif tool.

Symptom:

Whatever what motif you choose, it always stay on the default Motif, "Kite01".

Software affected:  ES e4.1

Solution:

It is because you did not follow the right procedure. Please follow the correct procedure below:

1) Right click on Motif Run/Settings button to open Motif Properties (very important step). 

2) In the Motif chooser, select a Motif that you want to use for the Single Motif

3) Click on Use Motif button and place a Single Motif in somewhere in Designer window

Note: A Single Motif is applied as expected. 

4) Now, you select another Motif in the Motif chooser

5) Repeat step 3) 

Note: A Single Motif with another Motif is applied as expected.
