How to Save JEF File in TS Pro e4 and Setup the Hoops supported by your Embroidery Machine

Symptom: An error prompts as "The selected hoop is not supported on target machine. Please select a different hoop before writing the design."

Wilcom Software affected: TS Pro e4

Solution: Select the appropriate Embroidery Machine Model

From the Menu TS Pro e4 Bar

1. File > Export Machine File 
2. Select JEF from the dropdown list
3. Click Options button

4. Pick the correct Embroidery machine then click OK (In this case select Janome MC500E)

5. Click the Save button 

6. Click Options

7. Click Hoops Tab > My Hoops 

8.  Select Specific Hoops available and supported by your Embroidery Machine (below image is a SAMPLE ONLY)

9 . Click OK button
