Symptom : During installation of ES e4 (as pre-programmed), the system prompts an error "Please Specify the location of the Access Code file, which was supplied in the order confirmation email".
Note : There's no order confirmation email to be available since the Access codes are already pre-programmed to the ES e4 Dongle.
Solution : DISABLE any Anti-virus until the installation is completed . AVG security has been DISABLED as it reads the Setup.Exe as a threat even if it has been included as an exclusion.
