"This document was created by an application that isn't licensed to use novaPDF..."

Symptom:  Watermark warning at the bottom of Approval sheet, Product Worksheet  or Production Summary with notes  - “This document was created by an application that isn't licensed to use novaPDF. Purchase a license to generate pdf files without this notice."

Wilcom Software affected:  ES e4

Windows OS:  Windows 10 Pro 

Solution:   Manually force start novaPDF service.   Please follow the instruction from a FAQ from the link below:

If restarting the Nova Services from this FAQ above does not solve the issue, uninstall-reinstall the NOVA PDF.

Open Control Panel by typing Control Panel in Windows Search Box  
Click Programs > Programs and Features > Then locate the three drivers 

Check for this three Drivers if installed (You can click Column to filter by Publisher name "Softland")

- novaPDF 8 Printer Driver
- novaPDF 8 SDK COM 

Uninstall and Re-install novaPDF Drivers using the Installation file from your ES e4 USB.
