Could not generate license - the enforcement type is incompatible (500) – Help & Support Center - Wilcom

Symptom:

When you try to activate TrueSizer Pro, it gives an error message below:

"Could not generate license - the enforcement type is incompatible (500)"

Solution:

That means you are trying to activate TrueSizer Pro with a different version of TrueSizer Pro product key. It is most likely that you may have downloaded and installed TrueSizer Pro e4 while you have TrueSizer Pro e3 product key. Please download and install TrueSizer Pro e3 and try it again from TrueSizer Pro support site from the link below:
