For the e2 versions of EmbroideryStudio, DecoStudio and TrueSizer Pro products, no free tech support is available.
An advanced payment of A$250 per issue is required in order to receive the tech support for an issue for one of those products.

Once Wilcom Support has confirmed the payment has been made against a tech support ticket, a support agent to get back to you ASAP.
Please note, that for version e1.5 or older, they are no longer supported by Wilcom Support with or without a support payment.
We recommend you contact your local reseller and find out what update is available to our current version of Wilcom software.
