Please try the steps below listed?
1) Temporarily disable your Antivirus.
2) Then open this from your File Explorer - C:\Program Files\Wilcom\EmbroideryStudio_e4.5\BIN
3) Locate the file name HaspUpdate.exe
Right-click HaspUpdate.exe and select "Run as administrator"
Once completed, try to proceed with the ES e4.5 installation.
Note: You have to click the IGNORE button and the ES e4.5 installation should continue.
