Assign or unassign WilcomWorkspace apps

The owner of the Wilcom Account can assign WilcomWorkspace licenses to organization members.

To assign WilcomWorkspace apps...

  1. Go to the Applications page from the Wilcom Account menu.

  1. Click an icon corresponding to relevant WilcomWorkspace app – Truesizer or Estimator.

  1. Click the ‘Assign users’ link at the top of the screen. You are presented with a list of organization members. 

  1. Choose a member and click Assign. The user will receive an email notification with activation instructions.

To unassign WilcomWorkspace apps...

  1. Go to the Applications page from the Wilcom Account menu.
  2. Click an icon corresponding to relevant WilcomWorkspace app – Truesizer or Estimator.

  1. Locate the user and click Edit. A confirmation dialog appears. Click ‘Unassign app’.

To assign users to WilcomWorkspace apps...

  1. Go to the Users page from the Wilcom Account menu.

  1. Click to select a user and access their details.

  1. Click Assign app and choose the required WilcomWorkspace application.
  1. The user will receive an email notification with access instructions.

To unassign users from WilcomWorkspace apps...

  1. Go to the Users page from the Wilcom Account menu.
  2. Click to select a user and access their details.

  1. Click the Apps tab to view currently assigned apps.

  1. Select Remove license from the 3-dot menu next to the relevant app to remove access. The license becomes available for reassignment.

Notes...

  1. View active license assignments via the Users or Applications pages.
  2. Owners can revoke or reassign licenses if needed.
  3. A license must be unassigned before being reassigned to another user.
