To confirm move...

  1. You’ll receive an email with a link to Review Move.
       
  2. Click Review Move. You'll be prompted to review the merging account...
       
  3. Check the user's:
    1. Licenses – these remain active until renewal when they must be replaced.
    2. Assets – estimates, thread collections.
  4. Scroll down to confirm the move...
        
  5. Key in 'CONFIRM', tick the Terms & Conditions, and click Confirm Move.

  6. Click Continue. The invited user will now appear as a member of your organization...
        

Remarks...

  1. Subscriptions will not transfer (cancel upon move).
  2. Licenses expire on their renewal date. Purchase replacements to avoid disruptions.
