Installation Support for ES e2

Please note: the following video is for ES e2.

For the current version, e3, we have improved the procedure of inserting the Access Code. A new Access Code can be inserted into the Dongle automatically via the Internet during the installation.

So, when you update from the old version of Wilcom e2 software to e3, you can just start the e3 software installation without inserting the access code in advance. Make sure your PC is connected to the internet.

You will receive an Access Code via email just in case your PC is not connected to the internet. If your PC is not connected to the internet, you will still need to install the software before inserting the Access Code. The system will display a dialog box to let you insert the Access Code during the installation when it detects that no internet connection is available.
