Q1: How do Members obtain the CorelDRAW key?

A: Members will need to get the CorelDRAW key from the Owner. When an Owner assigns an ES license to a Member, they must also send the CorelDRAW key to the Member.

Q2: When does the Owner receive the CorelDRAW license key?

A: The Owner will receive the CorelDRAW license key via email within 24-48 hours after purchasing an ES license. Alternatively, the Owner can access the CorelDRAW key in their account after purchase - see Q3.

Q3: Where can the Owner access the CorelDRAW license keys?

A: The Owner can access CorelDRAW keys through the Wilcom account:

  1. Navigate to Applications.

  2. Select the ES level.

  3. Click on View License for the relevant ES license.

Q4: What happens if the Owner reassigns an ES license to a new user?

A: If the previous user activated the linked CorelDRAW product key, the Owner must go through CorelDRAW support to change the user details before assigning the ES license to a new user.

Q5: How do I access the latest CorelDRAW key for my ES license?

A: If relevant to your update, the new CorelDRAW key will be provided in your notification email or under your Wilcom account settings - see instructions under Q3.

For Members they will need to obtain the new Product keys from the Owner of their organization account.
