OTP : One Time Password OTP Verification - EmbroideryStudio Digital Edition Trial FAQ

Phone number verification for all new trials of Wilcom EmbroideryStudio Digital Edition FAQ:

A phone number verification request can come due to three different paths:

  1. Registering a new account on wilcom.com
  2. Registering a new account within the EmbroideryStudio application
  3. Changing phone numbers in My Wilcom profile (profile.wilcom.com)

New trials

After logging in:



You will be promoted to enter their phone number, including selecting your country.



 Select ‘Send Code’ after the correct phone number has been added.

 

You will be prompted to enter their code, and can choose to Resend code if needed.

An SMS with the code will be sent to you mobile phone.

 

Enter the code in the fields, and presses Verify.

After successful verification, you can continue with the Digital Edition trial.

Changing phone numbers in My Wilcom profile (profile.wilcom.com)

Browser to the my profile site and select change phone


Enter the new phone number and click send code.



The SMS with the OTP will be sent to your mobile phone.
