RICOMA TC1501 will freeze after you click the sent design from the controller using EmbroideryConnect Device

 

Solution - Apply the steps/settings specified below

 

a. Plug the EmbroideryConnect Device back to to the computer, wait for the light status to established prior to opening the EmbroideryHub 
b. Click to 'Advance Settings'
c. Enable the two boxes 'Disabled serial interface' and the 'USB drive compatibility mode' [refer to screenshot]
d Click 'Apply' and 'OK'



Once EC Device is ready, mount the device back to the RICOMA TC1501 and try to send out the design.
