Set up two-step verification

Two-step verification is an additional security feature that helps protect your Wilcom Account by requiring a second form of authentication in addition to your password. This extra step makes it harder for unauthorized users to gain access, even if they know your password.

To set up two-step verification...

  1. Go to the Security page from the Wilcom Account menu.
  2. If two-step verification is enforced by the organization, you will be prompted to set it up.

  1. You have the option of receiving verification codes via SMS or an authenticator app. SMS is only available for accounts that own EmbroideryStudio.
  2. Once set up, you will be required to verify your identity using the two-step method every time you log in.
  3. You will need to contact Wilcom Support if you lose access to your verification method.
