White screen page when opening EmbroideryStudio Digital Edition
Your ES Digital Edition is stuck in White screen page.
Solution: Delete the CEF Folder
Steps:
1. Open your Windows File Explorer
2. Locate C:\ProgramData\Wilcom\EmbroideryStudio\Digital Edition\26
3. Delete the folder CEF from
4. Restart the ES Digital Edition
This should now open the sign in page.
Continue to log in with your credentials.
