Cloned Sentinel SL secure storage detected H0064 in Embroidery Studio 2026

ERROR:  Cloned Sentinel SL found (H0064) 




Affected OS : Windows OS
Device: Mac via Parallels

Cause: HASP SL User-mode is CLONED due to a recent Mac and Parallels Update 

To verify:   Open http://localhost:1947/  and  Click SENTINEL Keys and locate Key Type column that shows HASP SL UserMode CLONED  [see screenshot for reference]





SOLUTION: Remove the VENDOR ID 23324

STEPS:  

 

1. Close EMBROIDERY STUDIO 2026

2. Open Windows File Explorer and UNHIDE the ProgramData Folder. 


3. Open this directory C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\23324
  1.       Remove the v2c files 

Launch EMBROIDERY STUDIO 2026  software 

4. Reinstall HASP Driver  if a second error appears   “Sentinel key not found (H0007)” , proceed with the steps below
  • Download the latest HASP driver from Knowledge Article - Thales Support Portal   
  • Save the new HASP Driver in your local C:\ Drive [Windows OS]
  • Right click the HASP driver and choose run as admin to Re-install HASP the Driver from the Thales site
  • RESTART the computer

5. Launch EMBROIDERY STUDIO 2026  software and sign in
