Manage EmbroideryStudio sessions

The Security page provides tools for managing active EmbroideryStudio sessions. If you are unable to access your computer to sign out, or if an unauthorized or unnecessary session is detected, you can manage your session via Wilcom Account Management.

To manage EmbroideryStudio sessions...

  1. Go to the Security page from the Wilcom Account menu.
  2. A list of currently active EmbroideryStudio sessions associated with the account is displayed. This may include details such as:
    1. Device name
    2. IP address (if applicable)
    3. Login timestamp
  3. Locate the device under the EmbroideryStudio active sessions panel.
  4. Click the End Session button to sign out from the current computer. You can now sign in on a different computer.

EmbroideryStudio may be installed on multiple computers but only one active session can be run at one time. On the Sign-in screen, tick ‘Keep me signed in’ and you will not have to re-enter your login details each time you launch EmbroideryStudio.
