View past invoices
Owners need to keep track of payment history, manage expenses, and ensure accurate financial records. To access and review past invoices for your Wilcom Account, follow these steps:
To view past invoices...
- Go to the Billing page from the Wilcom Account menu.
- Locate and click the View invoices button at the top of the screen.
- A list of all past invoices will be displayed. Invoices cover both subscription payments and perpetual license purchases.
- Click a specific invoice to view its details. Each invoice includes:
- Subscription/license name
- Billing period
- Amount paid
- Payment method used
- Invoice date and number
- Download or print the invoice if needed for record-keeping or accounting purposes.
