Work environment
WilcomWorkspace is a cloud-based workspace that brings together Wilcom's online embroidery applications in a single browser-based environment. After signing in, you can quickly switch between applications, manage your account, and access online resources without leaving the workspace. The main navigation pane provides access to your applications, account settings, and other workspace features.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your starting point when you sign in to WilcomWorkspace.
From here you can:
- Open recent embroidery designs.
- Launch the available applications.
- View workspace activity and announcements.
- Access Wilcom news, blog posts, community discussions, and other online resources.
- Open your account settings.
Applications
WilcomWorkspace currently includes the following applications...

Truesizer | View, resize, recolor, convert, and prepare embroidery designs for production. |
Estimator | Generate accurate stitch estimates and production quotations from artwork or embroidery designs. |
Library | Store, organize, search, and share embroidery designs and related production files in a central cloud library. |
Switch applications
Your available applications depend on your WilcomWorkspace subscription and the permissions assigned to your account.
As new applications become available, they will appear in the workspace navigation.
Switch languages
WilcomWorkspace automatically uses the language of your operating system where available.
To change the interface language:
- Click the Language selector.
- Select your preferred language.
The interface updates immediately.
Use full-screen mode
For the best working experience, use applications in full-screen mode. Click the Full screen button on the application toolbar to expand the workspace. Click the button again to return to the standard view.
Manage your account
Click your name in the navigation pane to access account options.
From here you can:
- Open My Account.
- Access available administration tools.
- Sign out of WilcomWorkspace.
