Status | Whether the license is active or otherwise. |
Auto-renewal | Icon rollovers give information about auto-renewals for the license: Orange: Auto-renewal is currently off. Click to turn it on. Grey: The license will not be automatically renewed. A new license will need to be purchased and assigned to replace it. Green: Auto-renewal is currently on. Click to turn it off. |
License number | Assigned unique identifier for each license. |
Assigned to | Indicates member to whom the license has been assigned. |

Rename license | Owners can assign or change a name for each license to make it easy to identify. Name changes instantly update across all views in the system. |
Manage subscription | Click to jump to the Billing page. Key functions include viewing, updating, renewing, and canceling subscriptions. |
Version | If a license is using an outdated EmbroideryStudio version, a notification or visual alert will appear in the version field. Owners can use this information to remind members to update their software. |
CorelDRAW | CorelDRAW is integrated into EmbroideryStudio to enhance vector-based design capabilities. It allows users to create, edit, and convert vector artwork directly within EmbroideryStudio. This field shows the current CorelDRAW version and download link, if applicable. |
CorelDRAW product key | Indicates the CorelDRAW product key associated with the EmbroideryStudio license, if included. |
Assign user | Owners can assign or unassign licenses as needed. |
