The manage storage feature allows you to monitor how much storage your organization is using in Wilcom Library. Storage visibility helps ensure you have enough capacity for your designs and attachments and allows you to manage usage as your library grows.
View storage usage
To view storage usage:
- Open Wilcom Account.
- If you have Library activated, you current storage is indicated in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

- Your current storage usage is displayed, showing how much space is used and how much is available.
Understand storage limits
Each organization is allocated a defined amount of storage for Library. Storage includes:
- Embroidery design files
- Attachments associated with designs
Monitoring your storage helps prevent interruptions when uploading new designs.
Monitor storage notifications
Library provides notifications when storage usage approaches defined limits. You may receive:
- In-app notifications
- Email alerts (for organization owners)
These alerts help you take action before reaching your storage limit.

Free up storage space
To free up storage:
- Delete designs that are no longer needed.
- Remove unnecessary attachments.
- Permanently delete items from the Recycling Bin.
