View design information

View design information

The Design Information pane displays detailed information about a selected design in the Library. From this pane you can review metadata, inspect technical design properties, view available colorways, and manage attachments associated with the design. The pane also provides quick access to common actions such as opening the design in Truesizer, downloading the design, exporting production files, or printing a worksheet.

Open the design information pane

To view detailed information about a design:
  1. Select a design in My Designs.
  2. The Design Information pane opens.
The pane provides a structured view of the design and its associated data.


View & edit design information

The Summary tab displays metadata stored with the design record.

This includes:
  1. Title and description
  2. Customer
  3. Status
  4. Decoration area
  5. Tags
  6. Notes
  7. Date added and modified
You can edit most of these fields directly from this tab.

View technical details & colorways

The Design tab displays technical information extracted from the design file.

This includes:
  1. Stitch count
  2. Color count
  3. Size (height and width)
  4. Machine format
  5. Hoop and decoration details
  6. Object count
The Colorways tab shows available color variations for the design. Colorways can be modified in Truesizer.


Manage attachments & access actions

The Attachments tab displays files associated with the design record.

You can:
  1. Add attachments
  2. Remove attachments
  3. Download attached files
From the design information pane, you can also:
  1. Open the design in Truesizer.
  2. Download the design.
  3. Export the design.
  4. Print a production worksheet.
  5. Capture a design bitmap.
