WilcomWorkspace is Wilcom's cloud-based embroidery workspace, bringing together a growing collection of online applications that support different stages of the embroidery workflow. Accessible from any modern web browser, it enables embroidery professionals to view, estimate, and manage embroidery designs from the office, the production floor, or on the road. Each application focuses on a specific task while sharing the same embroidery design files as part of a connected workflow.
Core applications
WilcomWorkspace currently includes three core applications – Truesizer, Library, and Estimator. Together these provide an efficient embroidery workflow – from managing and organizing designs, through estimating production costs, to preparing designs for production.
You can use each application independently or combine them as your needs grow. Your WilcomWorkspace subscription determines which applications are available to you.
Truesizer
Truesizer lets you view, prepare, and convert embroidery designs for production.

Use it to:
- Review embroidery designs and machine files.
- Resize, transform, and recolor designs.
- Print worksheets and export machine files.
Estimator
Estimator generates embroidery stitch estimates from artwork or embroidery designs. It also calculates production and digitizing costs using your organization’s pricing configuration.

Use it to:
- Generate estimated stitch counts.
- Calculate production and digitizing costs.
- Prepare, save, and print customer quotations.
Library
Library stores, organizes, and shares embroidery designs securely in the cloud, making them easy to find and access across your organization.

With Library you can:
- Upload and organize embroidery designs.
- Search and filter designs using metadata.
- Share designs across your organization.
- Access your designs from any supported Wilcom application.
Who is it for?
WilcomWorkspace is designed for embroidery businesses of all sizes. It provides online tools for sales, customer service, production, and management staff who need to work with embroidery designs without full digitizing software. The applications can be used independently or together. A typical workflow might look like this:
Store designs in Library
↓
Open design in Truesizer
↓
Review, resize and prepare
↓
Estimate production costs
↓
Export machine file
↓
Embroidery production
Because the applications share the same embroidery design formats, you can move seamlessly between them without recreating or converting your work.
