Activation instructions

Important: Perform these steps on the desktop computer that you want to install and use for Wilcom EmbroideryStudio 2025.

Already got EmbroideryStudio installed? No problem! Just login and enter your product key as per the steps below.



1. Download EmbroideryStudio

Click Here to download EmbroideryStudio 2025.

2 Sep 2025 (27.3.14.20075) - Multi-Language -Current version.

IMPORTANT! If you have a Digital Edition key, download your software here.

2. Install EmbroideryStudio

Install EmbroideryStudio 2025.

3. Launch EmbroideryStudio

After installation, start your Wilcom EmbroideryStudio 2025 software and login with your existing Wilcom Account or register for a new account.

Double click the EmbroideryStudio desktop shortcut!



a. Login with your existing Wilcom Account or click Register New Account.

b. Complete the Create new Wilcom account form.

C. Select "Have a Product Key? Activate it here."

D. Enter your Product Key and click Activate Product.

Congratulations!

Once you activate your software you will be presented with a Congratulations screen and will need to Sign out and restart your Wilcom EmbroideryStudio to activate your license.
