Invite user to move

This article provides guidance for owners seeking to move users to their organization. The purpose here is to walk owners through the invitation process.

Prerequisites...

  1. You must be the designated owner of the organisation.
  2. You have the authority to manage transferred licenses, apps, and assets, and to assume responsibility for renewing associated subscriptions.
  3. The user you invite cannot have multiple users in their organization. In other words, they must be sole users.

To invite user to move...

  1. Go to the Users page from the Wilcom Account menu.

  2. Click Add User at the top of the page. You are prompted to enter the user's details...

  3. Click Add. You’ll see...

  4. Click Send Invitation. The user will receive an email to review and accept the move.
