The manage library licenses feature allows organization owners to control access to Wilcom Library by managing base and user licenses. This ensures that the correct users have access to Library and its features. Library licenses are managed in Wilcom Account.
Understand Library license types
Wilcom Library uses two types of licenses:
- Base license: Required to enable Library for the organization.
- User licenses: Allow additional users to access Library.
Access to Library depends on the Base license:
- If the Base license is active, assigned users can access Library.
- If the Base license expires, all Library access is limited.
- Without an active Base license, user licenses have read-only access.

Assigning a Library license automatically grants full access to Truesizer. If the user already has a Truesizer license, it is unassigned and becomes available for others. Users with a Library license cannot be assigned a separate Truesizer license.
