View current subscriptions

The Billing page allows owners to track active licenses and manage renewals or cancellations efficiently. To view your current active subscriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Billing page from the Wilcom Account menu.

  1. Your subscriptions are listed under their respective billing cycle – annual or monthly.
  2. Each subscription entry shows:
    1. Type of license – e.g. EmbroideryStudio, Truesizer, Estimator
    2. Number of licenses attached to the subscription
    3. Cost per payment period
    4. Next payment date
