Renew subscriptions

Owners can renew cancelled licenses that are still within their active period.

To renew subscriptions...

  1. Go to the Billing page from the Wilcom Account menu.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu next to the canceled subscription and select Renew license(s).

  1. Choose the number of cancelled licenses to renew.
  2. Renewed licenses are immediately added back to the subscription and become available for assignment.
  3. Owners can assign the renewed licenses to users as needed.

Limitations...

  1. Licenses can only be renewed before the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. Once the billing cycle ends and the license expires, a new purchase may be required to regain access.
