Work environment

One of the great advantages of WilcomWorkspace is that you can access it from anywhere on PC, Mac or tablet device. The application has a single window or ‘workspace’ but you interact with it in different operating modes. When you log into the system, you are taken to the Dashboard. From here you can access your Wilcom account settings as well as the Truesizer or Estimator apps. You can open design files directly from the Dashboard. You can also access the many online resources available to all Wilcom users. These include news, a regularly updated blog, as well as community discussions and events.

Operating modes

Currently the workspace is organized around the following functional areas or operating modes...

Mode
Purpose
Truesizer
Truesizer is the online embroidery application for previewing and preparing embroidery files before stitching. Its simplicity makes it easy for even the most novice users. View, resize, recolor, print worksheets, and convert files for production.
Estimator
Estimator takes your customer’s logo as a high-quality bitmap image and converts it to an accurate stitch estimation in seconds. Using Wilcom’s proprietary cloud technology, you get precise stitch estimations for production quotations, leaving behind all the guesswork.
Designs
Wilcom’s complimentary library of professionally digitized embroidery designs created by Wilcom experts are available for you to download, edit and use for your own purposes. New designs are added regularly.

Switch languages

When you access WilcomWorkspace, the interface defaults to the language of your operating system. However, you can select from the available languages in the droplist.

Full screen mode

The easiest way to use WilcomWorkspace is in full-screen mode. Click the viewing mode button on the settings toolbar to run the studio full screen.

Log out

Your WilcomWorkspace account is accessed via the dropdown menu under your name. This is also where the Log out button is located.
