View current subscriptions
The Billing page allows owners to track active licenses and manage renewals or cancellations efficiently. To view your current active subscriptions, follow these steps:
To view current subscriptions...
- Go to the Billing page from the Wilcom Account menu.
- Your subscriptions are listed under their respective billing cycle – annual or monthly.
- Each subscription entry shows:
- Type of license – e.g. EmbroideryStudio, Truesizer, Estimator
- Number of licenses attached to the subscription
- Cost per payment period
- Next payment date
