Save & print estimates

After generating an estimate, you can save it for future reference or print it as a quotation for your customer.


Saved estimates remain available in WilcomWorkspace, allowing you to reopen and update them whenever required.


Save an estimate

Save estimates to build a library of quotations for future reference.
  1. Click Save on the Estimator toolbar.
  2. Enter a Description and Customer name.
  3. Click Save. Once saved, the estimate appears under Estimator in the WilcomWorkspace sidebar, where it can be reopened at any time.
  4. Once saved, you can quickly access your estimate via the WilcomWorkspace sidebar. Click X to removed when you have finished with it.
Print an estimate to create a customer quotation or save it as a PDF for electronic distribution.
  1. Click Print on the Estimator toolbar.

  2. Choose the information to include in the printed estimate.

    The print dialog lets you:
    1. Choose the page zoom.
    2. Include or exclude the stitch count.
    3. Include or exclude the quantity.
    4. Include or exclude the production price.
    5. Include or exclude the digitizing price.
  3. Select your printer or choose Print to PDF.

  4. Click Print.
