Apply filters

Apply filters

Filters allow you to narrow the list of designs displayed in the Library by selecting specific metadata values. By applying filters such as customer, status, decoration area, or tags, you can quickly focus on the designs that match your criteria and reduce the number of results displayed.

Apply filters to designs

To filter designs:
  1. Open My Designs.
  2. Select one or more filter values from the available droplists.

  3. Filter designs by:
    1. customer
    2. status
    3. decoration area
    4. tags
The design list updates to show only matching results.

Combine filters

You can apply multiple filters at the same time to further narrow results. For example:
  1. Filter by customer and status
  2. Filter by decoration area and tags
Combining filters is useful when working with large design libraries.
