Sort designs

Sorting allows you to organize the designs displayed in the Library so you can locate items more easily. You can sort designs by properties such as name, date uploaded, or recently opened. Sorting can be applied in ascending or descending order and works in both thumbnail and list views.

Sort designs

To sort designs:
  1. Open My Designs.
  2. Open the Sort by options.

  3. You can sort designs by:
    1. name
    2. date uploaded
    3. recently opened
The design list updates based on your selection.

Change sort order

From the same control set, you can change the sort direction.

Control how designs are displayed:
  1. ascending (A–Z, oldest to newest)
  2. descending (Z–A, newest to oldest)
This helps you quickly locate the most relevant designs.

Sort in different views

Sorting works in both display modes:
  1. Thumbnail view: useful for visual browsing
  2. List view: useful for comparing design details
Switch views as needed while keeping your selected sort order.
