How to install EmbroideryStudio 2025

WarningNote: When you install the software, you will be prompted to reboot your PC to complete the installation. Make sure you save any files and close all applications beforehand. If you are installing on an operating system (OS) that is in a supported language, the installation process will run in that language 
  1.  Obtain the Software
    1. EmbroideryStudio 2025 is supplied both as a packaged and downloadable product. 
    2. You can either purchase or download the installation file from the official Wilcom website or a trusted distributor. Make sure you have the installation package for Embroidery Studio 2025.
    3. The EmbroideryStudio 2025 installer download link is https://wilcom.com/embroiderystudio/download.   
  2. Prepare Your Computer 
    1. Ensure your computer meets the system requirements for the software. This includes a compatible version of Windows (typically Windows 10 or higher), enough RAM, and available storage. Reference: EmbroideryStudio 2025 System Requirements
    2. If you are installing on a machine with antivirus software, it may help to temporarily disable it during installation to prevent any interference.
  3. Right-click EmbroideryStudio2025_27.0.91.24356_Setup.exe  (select Run as Administrator) to run the installation file

4.)  Click Next


5.) Select "I accept to accept the EULA [license agreement]. Click Next


6.)  Choose your preferred installation type from Complete, Custom or Typical [Default]. Click Next



7.)  Choose the installation folder for EmbroideryStudio 2025. The default location is best for most users. Click Next.


8.) Select the installed version you wish to merge *user-defined settings with.

  1. User Refined Letters: This feature enables users to adjust and save customized shapes for individual letters within a font. These adjustments ensure that letters maintain clarity and legibility across various sizes.

9.) Click Install to start the installation. 


10.) Allow some time for the EmbroideryStudio 2025 installation process to complete.

11.) After installation has complete choose, "Yes, I want to restart my computer now," then click Finish.


12.) Login with the same Wilcom user account used for installing.   

Note:  Installation Complete confirmation message should appear to confirm that the software was successfully installed. 
Click OK. 
Your EmbroideryStudio 2025 is now ready to use. 



11.) An ES desktop icon will appear on your desktop. You can click this to launch the Embroidery Studio 2025.
