Print worksheets

The Print feature allows you to generate production worksheets containing key information about one or more designs. The worksheet typically includes a design preview together with technical details such as size, stitch count, colors, and other production information. Production worksheets help machine operators and production staff prepare designs correctly before stitching.
Typically you will want to print a production worksheet to accompany a production file.

To generate a worksheet for a single design...

  1. Select a design in My Designs.

  2. Click the more actions menu (3 dots) beneath the design and select Print from the droplist.
  3. Alternatively, use the associated button on the Information Panel toolbar.

    A preview of the worksheet is displayed, allowing you to review the layout and information before printing or saving. Additional colorways are displayed on subsequent pages as required.

  4. Select multiple colorways in the Print Colorways field as required. 
  5. Select Summary page to view thread color details for the selected colorways.

  6. From the worksheet preview click Print.

  7. From here you can:
    1. Print the worksheet for use in production.
    2. Save as PDF to share with customers or team members.

You can generate production worksheets for multiple designs at the same time.

To print worksheets for multiple designs...

  1. In My Designs, select the checkbox on each design you want to include.

  2. Select Production PDF from the available actions.

  3. Check the designs for print by clicking the navigation buttons at the bottom.

  4. Select the required print options. The same settings apply to all production worksheets.
  5. Click Download ZIP.
Production worksheets are generated and packaged together as a ZIP file. By default, files are downloaded to your local Download folder. Again, this will depend on your browser download settings. Check download status in 'Bulk Action Manager' at the bottom of the screen.

The production worksheet includes key details about the design. This information helps ensure the design is prepared correctly for embroidery.
