Print worksheets

The Print Design feature allows you to generate a worksheet containing key information about a design for embroidery production. The worksheet typically includes a design preview together with technical details such as size, stitch count, colors, and other production information. Production worksheets help machine operators and production staff prepare designs correctly before stitching.

Open & preview a worksheet

To generate a worksheet:
  1. Select a design in My Designs.

  2. Click the browse button below the design and select Print from the droplist. A preview of the worksheet is displayed, allowing you to review the layout and information before printing or saving.

  3. From the worksheet preview, you can:
    1. Print the worksheet for use in production.
    2. Save as PDF to share with customers or team members.
  4. Choose the option that best suits your workflow.

Worksheet information

The production worksheet includes key details about the design. This information helps ensure the design is prepared correctly for embroidery.
Production details include:
  1. Design preview image
  2. Size and dimensions
  3. Stitch count
  4. Thread colors
  5. Other production-related information
