Update payment details

Maintaining up-to-date payment information ensures seamless subscription renewals.

To update payment method...

  1. Go to the Billing page from the Wilcom Account menu.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu next to a subscription and select Edit payment method.
  3. You will be redirected to the Wilcom Account Portal. Here you can update existing payment details – e.g. credit card, debit card.

To add a payment method...

  1. Click the Add new payment method button at the top of the billing page.
  2. You will be redirected to the Wilcom Account Portal. Here you can update existing payment details – e.g. credit card, debit card.
  3. Owners can save multiple payment methods and assign them to different subscriptions.
  4. All payment data is stored securely, following industry-standard encryption practices.

To update a billing address...

  1. Accurate billing information is essential for generating correct invoices and records.
  2. Owners can update the billing address associated with their account from the Billing page.
  3. This ensures invoices reflect the correct address for tax and record-keeping purposes.
