Purchase WilcomWorkspace subscriptions

WilcomWorkspace is an online platform that provides access to Wilcom’s cloud-based apps such as Truesizer, Estimator, as well as sample designs.
  1. Truesizer: A Wilcom app that allows users to view, resize, and convert embroidery design files without altering stitch quality. It is often used for previewing and basic modifications.
  2. Estimator: A Wilcom app that calculates the estimated stitch count and cost of an embroidery design before actual production.
Owners can purchase, assign, and cancel WilcomWorkspace subscriptions within Wilcom Account Management. With WilcomWorkspace apps, you can purchase multiple licenses and may choose a monthly or annual plan.

To purchase WilcomWorkspace subscriptions...

  1. Go to the Applications page from the Wilcom Account menu.

  1. Click an icon corresponding to required WilcomWorkspace app – Truesizer or Estimator.

  1. To purchase a new WilcomWorkspace license, click the Buy link at the top of the screen. You will be redirected to the product page on the Wilcom website.

  1. From here, click ‘Buy now’ and follow the purchasing process.
  2. A confirmation email and invoice will be generated.
